It's something of a "take your medicine" kind of thing where the old saying applies ~ "What goes around comes around" albeit with A WHOLE LOT more clarity that can't be so easily refuted/argued.Welcome to /r/BatmanArkham! This is a subreddit for the Batman: Arkham universe, including Arkham Asylum, Arkham City, Arkham Origins, Batman: Arkham Knight and all mobile/comics tie-ins. And now the ones who screamed at the top of their lungs last gen are crying "resolution doesn't matter" this time around. Things like 640p vs 636p or 600p vs 540p that amounted to single to low double digit percentage differences, whereas this gen it's switched but with a MUCH larger difference (to the tune of 50-100% or higher pixel density #'s) that is truly noticeable with the naked eye compared to a few hundred pixels counting on a still frame. The roles were reversed ~ last gen with all the EuroGamer/Lens of Truth (lies that is) Face-Offs & VS articles that came out (more than 30 that I remember on just EG alone) but the difference there was that Xbox "supporters" made the biggest deal about a truly negligible resolution difference in pixels.

PC is the best version, if thats what matters to you go get a Gaming PC. So all that being said is pretty much the same on every platform. That's what is put into a game that makes it good not the lines on the screen that make up the image. On topic that high quality standard your referring to is the story and character, the gameplay, the performance, the content.

PS4 will improve your not replying because of difference in opinion earlier. The hardware is what it is, improvements will come in time like they have in every generation. No it didn't matter then, only mattered to the people who care about the disparity between X1 and PS4, and it still doesn't matter now. People just say it doesn't to save face." A good game is a good game regardless of it's resolution. One of the best experiences I've ever had in a game was in standard definition and that wouldn't have been heightened or lowered by its resolution.

plus third party who represent the majority of all games on consoles we don't even know will adopt DX12 straight telling me resolution actually matters ? Really ? does it determine how good a game is or how great the experience is ? cause you would be dead wrong in that respect. DX12 is just talk until something is shown.
